Hutchison Ports ubi App now has 3,000 users

The new Hutchison Ports BEST (ubi) mobile app already has 3,000 users and the number is growing.

It has been 4 months since Hutchison Ports BEST launched a mobile application to bring digitalised information transparency to the maritime sector. The App is free and allows real-time tracking of ships, trains and containers passing through BEST.

In addition, a section exclusively for hauliers, with prior authorization, streamlines the gate process and allows it to be 100% digital. This summer, in order to minimise BEST’s environmental impact, gate printers will be removed as tickets will now be sent via App. Hauliers have been notified and know that they can contact BEST Truck Centre for any queries or send an e-mail to ubi@best.com.es.

The steady increase in users confirms the terminal’s commitment to informing the logistics chain about the traceability of its cargo. Users have seen that there are many advantages to using this application, as in addition to making specific queries, they can receive notifications of changes in the status of ships, trains or containers they are interested in. In addition, the terminal informs its users about new developments in its operations.

Ubi is a new information and communication channel with the logistics chain that has chosen BEST as its gateway to the Mediterranean. Ubi helps you anticipate decisions about your containers.
