Jonatan Garcia

Favourite movie or book?

I am not too fond of reading, I prefer films; if I had to opt for a film, it would be American History X.

What kind of music do you like?

I really like the music of the 90s. I would say that I like any type of music except reggaeton.

Favourite food?

If I had to choose, it would be paella, especially a seafood one.

Ideal destination for your vacation?

I would really like to visit Tokyo and New York; these are the travels I most want to do. On the other hand, if I had to choose somewhere more tropical, I would choose Cape Verde

What do you like most about working at BEST?

Without a doubt, my colleagues, and the human team that we form.

Your best day at BEST?

If I had to choose one, it would be the first day I arrived at BEST, when it was still being built. I was fascinated by the dimensions of the terminal and the workshop, everything seemed enormous to me.

Describe your day to day at BEST. Do you have any anecdote?

No single day is the same, and I like that. One day I can be fixing a crane and the next doing something totally different. As an anecdote, I remember one day coming back from repairing a breakdown when I found a fox on the doorstep of the workshop, we had to catch it so that it would not cause any incident.

What do you consider most satisfying about your job?

The satisfaction I get from being able to repair a breakdown by myself.
