Zahara de la sierra, a nice little village in Cadiz where I enjoy a lot with their residents.

– What do you like the most about working at BEST?

An informal answer could be its views. From the top of the quay cranes, the views are really great.
Furthermore, and the most important thing, is the strong investment performed by the company , acquiring the most modern technology equipment, so we have to be technically prepared to do the preventive and corrective works.

– Your happiest day at BEST?

One of them could be the day of the arrival of the first 4 Quay Cranes. The terminal already had all the equipment of a container terminal, and all of us were anxious to start working and having all the blocks full of containers; this big “Tetris” that is used to analyze the work we have.

– Describe your role at BEST. Do you have any anecdote?

The work days are very unpredictable and depend on the vessels and the trucks in the terminal. Regarding the works to do on the workgroup, we distribute the preventive and corrective tasks for the proper function of the terminal.
An anecdote could be a pair of falcons that made their nest on the top of the quay cranes.

– What is the most satisfying thing of your job?

The relationship with people from other departments.
